Volunteer Application

*Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.

CONDITIONS

Volunteers are an important resource to the beer education and enjoyment of the patrons to the World Beer Festival. I understand that I must be at least 21 years of age to volunteer. To limit liability on the Festival, I understand that consumption of beer by volunteers during the festival is prohibited. I further understand that the Volunteer Party is the only time that consumption is acceptable. Failure to abide by these rules will result in removal from the Festival and no invitation to the party.

YOUR AVAILABILITY

I will work both sessions. (10:30 am - 10:30 pm)

I will work the 2nd session only. (4:30 pm to 10:30 pm)

I will only help out the day after the festival. (9:00 am to 1:00 pm)

PREFERRED TASK (PLEASE CHECK ONE) This is only a preference. We can not guarantee that you will get your preferred task. As a volunteer we would like you to pitch in where help is needed.

2nd SESSION VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION (requires availability from 3pm - 5:30pm)
